We broke $20k on the second day! Y’all are absolutely amazing, and I’ve got more Hurtsies on the way! I can’t thank everyone enough. I’m so excited to get the ball rolling. 

I’ve always found it so charming when plushies come with birth certificates… but we can’t really do that with a zombie plush, right? With all the support, however, I wanted to add in a bonus collectible for the Hurtsies! So each plush will come with its very own patient file… or should it be a death certificate instead? 🤭



A question for you! When you receive a plushie, do you keep its “given name” or give it a name of your own?

I am absolutely overwhelmed! Thank you all SO much! Thanks to the support, we have managed to unlock ALL of our stretch goals in under 8 hours. We haven't even passed the 24 hour mark! I have added another pledge level for FIVE hurtsies if you'd like to get the whole collection! I will continue adding add-ons throughout the month!

So what's next? We still have a month left, so let's keep at it! I'll be adding new stretch goals to continue to add onto our beloved cast of characters, as well as more merchandise to further accessorize your Hurtsies!

  • More Characters! For those of you who have been following along on social media, you might notice some faces are missing! I'll work on adding more members to the cast to keep the stretch goals going! 
  • Sample Images Coming Soon: I'll share all of the new samples as they arrive to the Community updates! I'll also include concept art for each design for all of you to enjoy.
  • Let's PARTY! I'll be organizing some streams this month for all of us to come together and chat about the project!

We did it! We've fully funded Grimsley, and we still have ALL of October left to go! As thanks for reaching our goal so quickly, all backers will get a special complementary sticker with their plushies. I'm so overwhelmed and excited. Thanks for coming together so quickly to get this zombunny funded!
